JOIN THE CLUB

New members are welcomed, however the Club applies an upper limit to the total number of members, this is maintained to preserve good quality angling and ensure that, as far as possible, members don’t find the beats over crowded. In most seasons there will be a number of opportunities for new members to join. Applications are considered on an “as received” basis and in the event of the Club being at full capacity, new applicants’ names will be added to the waiting list, however there is currently no waiting list.

New adult members are required to pay a modest one-off joining fee on top of the annual membership fee to cover admin costs. New and existing junior members under the age of 16 do not have to pay an annual membership fee. Students in full time education pay a substantially reduced annual membership fee.

Applications should be made using the application form, which can be downloaded by clicking on the link below. Completed forms should be forwarded to the Membership Secretary, whose name and address is on the form. Alternatively, you can apply online by filling out the form below.

In addition to being able to fish all club waters, members will also receive the following benefits:

• A guide to Club waters and fishing rules

• A copy of the leaflet ‘A Brief Guide to Fishing the Afon Clwyd’

• A digital newsletter several times a year

• Access to both the “members’ only” club Facebook page and section of the club website

• The opportunity to invite up to two guests per day to fish with you for a small fee. (This concession only applies to club waters on the Afon Clwyd and tributaries).
